Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Sr. Project Manager – Mission Critical The Senior Project Manager leads large, complex, or multiple projects by assembling and managing project teams, overseeing budgets, schedules, and execution. This role ensures a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction, manages design coordination, protects project profitability, and delivers safe, compliant, and cost-effective outcomes.

Construction Sr. Project Manager – Mission Critical Responsibilities: 

• Lead project teams and oversee construction operations from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, cost control, and change management
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee quality assurance, safety compliance, logistics, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project financial performance and provide reporting to stakeholders
• Mentor project staff and support team development
• Serve as primary client contact through completion and warranty phases

Construction Sr. Project Manager – Mission Critical Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering
• 6+ years of construction Mission Critical and data center project management experience
• Recent US based construction experience is required
• Preferred Procore Construction Management certification
• Working knowledge of design and drawing software to including, but not limited to: Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, NAVIA, Bluebeam, BIM 360, BIM 360 Plan, Prolog and Primavera P6
