Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO to lead strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and operational excellence.
• Manage cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, operations, marketing, finance, compliance, and customer experience.
• Identify, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships that support long-term business objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations, board materials, investor communications, and company-wide messaging.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that provide visibility into organizational performance.
• Create operating rhythms that improve accountability, communication, and execution across leadership teams.
• Identify operational challenges early and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with company goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or another fast-paced business environment.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and communications.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success building scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require.
