This individual will provide strategic leadership, develop high-performing teams, improve operational processes, and help drive continued growth across a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
The ideal candidate has a strong background leading digital marketing professionals in an agency or high-growth environment and is passionate about mentoring teams, optimizing marketing performance, and delivering measurable business results.
Head of Digital Performance Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of digital marketing professionals
- Establish best practices that improve campaign quality and operational efficiency
- Guide digital advertising strategy across multiple client accounts
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to support business growth
- Drive innovation through testing, analysis, and process improvements
- Foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and professional development
Head of Digital Performance Requirements
- Significant experience leading digital marketing or paid media teams
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, analytics, and campaign optimization
- Experience managing people in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Proven ability to improve processes and deliver measurable business results
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience working with digital marketing technologies and CRM platforms is a plus
