We are looking for a hands-on, healthcare Accounting professional to partner closely with the CFO, Budget & FP&A Manager and the senior leadership of our growing healthcare organization providing executive-level oversight including alignment between accounting records and financial reporting, all while enjoying the outdoor lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest!

Controller Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with FQHC or healthcare required.
  • Strong knowledge of nonprofit healthcare accounting and fund accounting principles.
  • Experience with leading month-end close and annual audit processes, preparing financial materials, designing internal control systems and developing strong accounting teams.
  • Proficiency with accounting systems (MIP preferred).
  • Proven ability to successfully lead accounting teams through growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
