Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences on every occasion.
• Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
• Responsible for training and development of all team members.
• Role model and coach, and hold team members accountable for standards.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• One or more years of management experience, preferably in a fashion forward boutique
• Familiarity and comfort with sales in excess of $2 million annually
• Supremely organized and extremely good at multitasking
• Passion and can-do mindset

Assistant Manager Benefits

• A base salary of $37 to $42K commensurate with experience (paid hourly for a 40-hour work week)
• 2 weeks of PTO plus closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas
