Join a collaborative, forward-thinking concierge primary care membership organization that is transforming healthcare by blending preventive medicine, functional wellness, and longevity care. We are launching a groundbreaking pediatric service line alongside a preeminent functional pediatrician, offering you the unique opportunity to shape a holistic, family-centered model of care with an elite team.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Low Patient Volume: Exceptional quality of care with a capped daily schedule of only 6 to 7 patients per day.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME): $1,000 annual CME stipend plus 40 hours of dedicated paid time off to pursue advanced clinical learning.
  • Robust Comprehensive Health Benefits: Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Generous Paid Time Off: Comprehensive PTO package to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • HSA & FSA Eligibility: Membership healthcare structures that optimize your tax-advantaged accounts.
  • Growth & Leadership: A merit-based startup environment that empowers clinicians to pioneer leadership initiatives and specialize based on performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric or Family specialization).
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in New York State (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient, integrative, or primary care setting (not suitable for recent graduates).
  • Deep clinical background treating pediatric populations spanning from newborns to 18 years of age.

Must Haves

  • Collaborate daily within an integrated, cross-functional four-person care team (including a Lead Physician, Registered Dietitian, and Member Advocate) to co-create unified, whole-body health plans.
  • Conduct extended, comprehensive 80-minute baseline clinical assessments to deeply investigate root-cause health factors rather than managing standalone symptoms.
  • Interpret advanced functional testing, expanded biomarkers (evaluating 5x more biomarkers than standard physicals), genetic data, and wearable device outputs to tailor hyper-personalized patient interventions.
  • Synthesize complex clinical insights into educational, accessible guidance that empowers parents and patients to master long-term wellness habits.

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Prior clinical experience within innovative or concierge healthcare environments (e.g., One Medical, Parsley Health, Morrison Center).
  • Certification or formal training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) or a similar integrative medicine program.
  • Clinical familiarity or experience treating neurodivergent pediatric populations (e.g., pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorders).
  • Dual experience or comfort in family medicine to fluidly interface with parental health inquiries alongside pediatric care.
