One of the area's favorite Italian restaurants is opening and seeking a high-energy, high-volume Restaurant Manager! This successful leader will work hand in hand with the service team to ensure all service standards are being met and expectations are exceeded. This individual must have strong people skills with a strong desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years in a Restaurant Manager role
- Experience managing full FOH and BOH operations
- Proven ability to run daily service execution (lunch and dinner shifts)
- Strong experience with high-volume operations ($5M+ preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling, labor control, and staffing coverage
- Experience handling guest issues and service recovery in real time
- Ability to maintain brand standards and consistency across shifts
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and peak service periods
Restaurant Manager Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional skills in hiring, training, and mentoring staff
- Profit and loss experience preferred
- Hiring process
- Inventory skills, along with building vendor relationships
- A clear leadership style with a hands-on mentality
