Compensation

  • Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
  • Monthly Car Allowance: Approximately $400
  • First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95,000 – $115,000+

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to develop and grow business relationships throughout the Buffalo market. This is a consultative, client-facing role focused on engaging business owners, executives, and key decision-makers to deliver value-based solutions.

The ideal candidate is driven, relationship-oriented, and comfortable having strategic business conversations with organizations of all sizes, from local businesses to executive leadership teams.

This is not an inside sales position. Success in this role requires the ability to build relationships, develop opportunities, and represent the company professionally throughout the Buffalo community.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Backgrounds

  • Technology sales
  • Payroll or HR technology sales
  • Business services sales
  • Technology services sales

Experience with organizations such as Paychex, ADP, Xerox, ComDoc, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, or similar business-to-business sales environments is highly valued but not required.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated stability, ideally with 3-4 years of tenure in previous roles
  • Buffalo-based or deeply familiar with the Western New York market
  • Ability to engage owners, executives, and senior decision-makers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable presenting solutions to organizations ranging from small businesses to CFOs and CEOs
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused
  • Strong cultural fit with a long-term partnership mindset
