Seeking a Junior Corporate Attorney to support a large and growing family-owned organization across legal, compliance, employment, privacy, and operational matters. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys business operations and wants exposure to a broad range of corporate legal issues rather than specializing in a single practice area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Support privacy, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
  • Assist with consumer data governance reviews.
  • Investigate employee complaints and workplace issues.
  • Review contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Advise business leaders on legal and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel.
  • Draft policies, procedures, and internal guidance documents.
  • Support litigation and employment-related matters.
  • Participate in strategic projects across multiple business units.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Wisconsin license preferred or ability to obtain.
  • 1–5 years of legal experience preferred.
  • Corporate, employment, compliance, privacy, or litigation experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with business leadership.
