Food & Beverage Multi-Unit Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience in a casino, resort, hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment
  • Proven track record leading large teams and managing multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze and act on operational and financial metrics
  • Exceptional leadership, training, and team development skills
  • Commitment to guest service excellence and maintaining brand standards

Food & Beverage Multi-Unit Operations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across several unique restaurant venues, ensuring high standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
  • Direct, support, and mentor management teams and hourly staff in building a robust leadership pipeline
  • Monitor and control labor, inventory, food and beverage costs, and other expenses to achieve financial goals
  • Analyze sales and performance data, identifying opportunities for improved guest satisfaction and profitability
  • Collaborate with culinary, marketing, entertainment, and casino teams to drive guest traffic and maximize revenue
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and casino regulations
  • Address guest concerns professionally while upholding a positive guest experience throughout the property
