A growing civil construction contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a strong background in civil, site development, utility, and earthwork projects. This role is ideal for someone with approximately 5+ years of estimating and project management experience who can handle projects from bid through execution while working closely with operations and field teams.
Responsibilities include preparing estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, coordinating bids, managing project budgets and schedules, supporting change orders and RFIs, and assisting with project handoff and execution. This individual will also help maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, municipalities, and vendors while supporting overall business growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience with civil construction estimating, underground utilities, site development, earthwork, and public works projects. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
