We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager for a portfolio of properties in the Southeast. Candidates must have at least 3 years of Regional, above property experience, overseeing a portfolio of branded assets, and a clear history of progressive experiences.

Hotel Regional Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a multi-unit Manager or Director for a portfolio of hotels
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred, Master's degree preferred
  • Hotel certifications highly preferred
  • Clear career progression that includes strong General Manager tenures
  • Experience with major brands
  • Inspiring and transformational leadership style
  • Ability to travel regionally 50% of the time

Hotel Regional Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, promote, train, and inspire General Managers
  • Ensure financial success at all properties
  • Ensure preparedness and passing of all brand QA assessments
  • Act as direct contact for brand representatives as needed
  • Open new properties and onboard new assets
  • Other duties as assigned
