We are looking for a General Manager for a growing management company for a branded property in the Charleston area! With over 120 keys, including suites, the select service property is in a prime location in a growing market! The management company we are working with has a strong people-first culture, a dedication to helping develop careers, and a strong vision for growth.

Hotel General Manager Benefits:

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a General Manager of a branded property
  • 5+ years of hotel leadership experience
  • Marriott experience preferred
  • People-first culture driver and leadership style
  • Proven experience growing sales, REVPAR, and ADR
  • High energy and ambition!

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, lead, and manage the team with respect, integrity, and consistency
  • Grow sales through active participation in sales calls, business development, and contract negotiations
  • Actively manage budget to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded
  • Ensure preparedness and passing of all QA inspections
  • Address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Other duties as assigned
