What You’ll Bring

  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Proven restaurant management or leadership experience in polished casual or upscale dining
  • Strong floor presence with the ability to lead calmly and confidently during busy services
  • Ability to build genuine guest relationships and foster a hospitality-driven culture
  • Commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High standards for service, professionalism, and operational excellence

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a hands-on management style
  • Inspire and motivate a service team focused on hospitality and teamwork
  • Maintain exceptional food, beverage, and service standards
  • Support hiring, training, and performance development initiatives
  • Drive guest satisfaction while achieving operational and financial goals
  • Create a positive, supportive workplace culture where people enjoy coming to work

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary to $65K
  • 5-day work week, great quality of life
  • 10 days PTO after 90 days
