Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, train and manage a team to excellence
- Ensure the location is operating to the highest level of safety protocols
- Oversee financials, costs and drive revenue
- Uphold the integrity of the brand standards
- Create a positive and energetic environment
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in a Restaurant General Manager role for full service or fast-casual concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong fast-casual background
- Tech-savvy must be comfortable with third party tech platforms
- Must have excellent tenure and clear career progression
- Passionate about food and have experience with scratch kitchen concepts
- Ability to combine strong compassionate leadership with running efficient operations
- Catering experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus!
