A well-established, full-service Pacific Northwest law firm is seeking experienced Partner-level Attorneys to join its growing platform in Seattle. This opportunity is ideal for entrepreneurial attorneys looking for a collaborative, highly respected firm with strong infrastructure, sophisticated work, and a long-standing reputation in the market.
Partner Attorney Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow an existing client base and book of business
- Lead complex legal matters from strategy through resolution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to businesses, families, and high-net-worth individuals
- Mentor associates and contribute to firm leadership initiatives
- Collaborate across practice groups to provide comprehensive client solutions
- Participate in business development and community engagement efforts
- Deliver exceptional client service with a practical, relationship-driven approach
Partner Attorney Requirements:
- Active Washington State Bar membership or ability to waive in
- Portable book of business required
- Strong experience within one or more core practice areas, including:
- Trusts & Estates
- Commercial Litigation
- Real Estate
- Business Transactions
- Employment
- Tax
- Health Care
- Insurance Coverage
- Proven ability to independently manage sophisticated client matters
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and business development skills
- Desire to work in a collaborative mid-size firm environment
