Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing)

A growing manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the key liaison between customers and internal operations. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on communication, organization, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Manage orders, quotes, and customer requests from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and customer data
• Proactively communicate updates and resolve customer issues

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Additional Details

• Full-time, non-exempt position
• Office environment with exposure to manufacturing operations
• Occasional extended hours may be required
