We are a growing, upscale trendy concept that is looking for an eager Restaurant GM.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure the whole team receives proper training/coaching and supervision
- Drives with scheduling, hiring, onboarding
- Full ownership of all team members' performance development and reviews, promotions, and terminations
- Ensure full compliance of all opening and closing procedures
- Resolve customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency
- P&L owner and Guest Satisfaction champion
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a similar role with an upscale dining concept
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability and desire to engage with customers on table touches
- Flexible to the needs of the business
- Willingness to learn
Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
