Looking for an Executive Chef for our unique venue. The perfect candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be highly involved in the Operation. Someone that is a coach, cheer leader and trusted business partner
Qualifications for Executive Chef:
- 2+ years of experience being at the helm of an upscale casual scratch kitchen
- Ability to curate crave able menus.
- Tenure of 2+ years with previous employers
- Responsible for delivering food and labor cost
- Prior high volume Catering and Banquet experience
- Comfortable delivering performance conversations and a stickler for the highest standards
Compensation for Executive Chef:
- Competitive salary of $75-$85K plus a lucrative bonus
