What You’ll Do

As Director of Rooms, you will oversee all aspects of Rooms Division operations and serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, and Vacation Club operations
  • Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Manage departmental budgets, labor, and expenses to meet financial goals
  • Execute revenue strategies including forecasting and pricing optimization
  • Ensure exceptional cleanliness and brand-standard quality across all guest areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to achieve overall property success
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empower team members to do the same

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in Rooms Operations (Front Office + Housekeeping), preferably at Director or GM level
  • Strong operational and systems knowledge (experience with platforms like Opera, HotSOS, Revinate, UKG is a plus)
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and drive results
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and team development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
