District Manager Requirements & Qualifications – this is what we will prioritize:

  • Proven multi-unit leadership experience within QSR or fast-casual restaurant operations
  • Experience overseeing 4–10 locations with full accountability for performance
  • Strong ability to drive sales, manage labor and food cost, and improve store-level KPIs
  • Experience developing General Managers and building leadership bench strength
  • Hands-on leadership style with consistent in-store presence
  • Ability to analyze store performance and implement actionable improvements
  • Track record of improving execution, speed of service, and guest experience
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training efforts across multiple locations
  • Maintain brand standards, food safety compliance, and operational consistency
  • Partner with leadership on local marketing and sales-driving initiatives

District Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in sandwich/QSR or high-volume, process-driven concepts
  • Background working within franchise systems and brand standards
  • Experience with new store openings or supporting market growth
  • Strong systems and reporting experience (POS, labor tools, scheduling platforms)
  • High energy, strong communicator, and people-first leader
