Senior Immigration Attorney Benefits & Compensation

Senior Immigration Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

Must have 7-10 years of immigration attorney experience.
Highly experienced with removal defense
Experience with SIJ cases, VAWA petitions, provisional waivers, U visas, family-based adjustment of status applications, and legal representation at orders of supervision and USCIS interviews.
Must be barred in New York
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
Strong understanding of legal processes involving visas and case preparation.
Experience managing immigration matters independently.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with partners and clients.
Lead and manage immigration matters within the legal firm.

Lead and manage immigration matters within the legal firm.
Collaborate with partners on complex immigration cases.
Provide exceptional legal services while adhering to deadlines and client expectations.
Ensure accuracy in case preparation and documentation.
