Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

We are partnering with a growing commercial interiors contractor specializing in corporate build-outs and tenant improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or continue a career in construction project management within a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
We are especially interested in individuals with a competitive, high-performance background—including former athletes or those who have worked in team-oriented environments—who bring strong work ethic, accountability, and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction, project coordination, or supporting project managers (Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar roles preferred)
• Exposure to commercial interior construction such as drywall, framing, ceilings, flooring, glass, or millwork is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven follow-through and accountability—someone who executes and finishes what they start
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand jobsite workflows (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Highly organized with the ability to track schedules, materials, and project progress

Preferred Background

• Former athletes or individuals from competitive, team-based environments
• Candidates who earned or pursued athletic scholarships or have a history of high-level performance
• Experience supporting or managing commercial construction or interior build-out projects
• Background in fast-moving environments requiring urgency, adaptability, and problem-solving
• Familiarity with project management tools, scheduling software, or construction platforms

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and/or manage commercial interior projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule
• Track job progress, materials, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist in identifying and resolving jobsite issues in real time
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and partners
• Help deliver high-quality finished spaces in active, fast-paced environments
