A growing, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a concierge-style practice focused on preventive and longevity medicine.
This full-time opportunity offers a highly personalized care model with smaller patient panels, extended visit times, and strong operational support, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care.
Primary Care Physician – Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated patient panel with a focus on personalized, preventive care
- Conduct extended, in-depth patient consultations and assessments
- Develop individualized care plans centered on long-term health and wellness
- Utilize advanced diagnostics, testing, and health data to guide treatment decisions
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on care protocols and best practices
- Maintain responsive communication and high-touch patient engagement
Qualifications
- MD with residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Minimum 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience preferred
- Active or eligible for state medical licensure
- Strong interest in preventive, longevity, and patient-centered care
- Comfortable leveraging technology and data-driven healthcare tools
Compensation & Highlights
- Base salary starting at $400K with significant performance-based upside
- Total compensation potential up to $650K+
- Smaller patient panel (approx. 150 patients max)
