Board Certified Behavior Analyst Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities
  • Access to reliable transportation for in-person services around Salt Lake County
  • Strong ABA knowledge, data analysis, communication, and teamwork skills

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and design individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based strategies for skill development and behavioral support
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans using data and analysis
  • Train and support families, caregivers, and professionals involved in each child’s care
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
