Board Certified Behavior Analyst Requirements & Qualifications

Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities
Access to reliable transportation for in-person services around Salt Lake County
Strong ABA knowledge, data analysis, communication, and teamwork skills

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and design individualized ABA treatment plans
Implement evidence-based strategies for skill development and behavioral support
Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
Monitor client progress and adjust care plans using data and analysis
Train and support families, caregivers, and professionals involved in each child’s care
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
