Human Resources Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field required
• Minimum 1 year of human resources experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of COBRA, EEO, FMLA, and employment regulations preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Korean and English required
• Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Human Resources Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills

• Intellectual curiosity to stay informed and compliant with employment laws
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization

Human Resources Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation
• Help maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations
• Communicate HR policies and updates across the organization
• Support employee benefits administration and enrollment
• Respond to HR-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
