Human Resources Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field required
- Minimum 1 year of human resources experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of COBRA, EEO, FMLA, and employment regulations preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual in Korean and English required
- Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Human Resources Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills
- Intellectual curiosity to stay informed and compliant with employment laws
- Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization
Human Resources Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation
- Help maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Communicate HR policies and updates across the organization
- Support employee benefits administration and enrollment
- Respond to HR-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
