Service Manager – Savannah, GA

I’m currently partnering with a highly respected, upscale full-service restaurant in Savannah to identify a strong Service Manager to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a polished, guest-focused environment and is looking for true quality of life.

What’s Offered:

$65,000–$70,000 base salary

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale/full-service preferred)
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong floor presence with the ability to lead from the front
Experience training, coaching, and developing service teams
Solid understanding of wine and beverage programs is a plus
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values culture, consistency, and being part of a well-run, community-driven restaurant — without sacrificing personal time.
