Area Supervisor

A respected restaurant group is seeking an experienced multi-unit leader to oversee several locations, drive operational excellence, and support a positive guest and team culture. Area Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications

3–5 years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Ability to analyze financial reports and drive performance-based decisions
Proven record of improving operations and developing management teams
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel between locations

Area Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills

Prior experience in a similar restaurant brand environment
Familiarity with operational systems such as Workforce Management, KVS, or Team Scheduling
ServSafe certification or equivalent

Area Supervisor Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and guest satisfaction across multiple locations
Support, mentor, and develop General Managers and management teams to achieve performance goals
Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor standards, service, and operational execution
Analyze financial performance and implement plans for profitability and sales growth
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and all health and safety regulations
Champion a guest-first culture while leading local marketing and community initiatives
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support successful roll-out of new initiatives
