Area Supervisor

A respected restaurant group is seeking an experienced multi-unit leader to oversee several locations, drive operational excellence, and support a positive guest and team culture. Area Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and drive performance-based decisions
  • Proven record of improving operations and developing management teams
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel between locations

Area Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills

  • Prior experience in a similar restaurant brand environment
  • Familiarity with operational systems such as Workforce Management, KVS, or Team Scheduling
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent

Area Supervisor Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and guest satisfaction across multiple locations
  • Support, mentor, and develop General Managers and management teams to achieve performance goals
  • Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor standards, service, and operational execution
  • Analyze financial performance and implement plans for profitability and sales growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and all health and safety regulations
  • Champion a guest-first culture while leading local marketing and community initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support successful roll-out of new initiatives
