Our client is a growing heavy civil and site development contractor seeking a Project Engineer to support Project Managers and field teams on roadway, utility, and infrastructure projects. This is a strong growth role for candidates looking for hands-on experience and long-term career development.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Project Managers with daily project coordination
  • Track job costs, quantities, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
  • Assist with schedules, change orders, and progress reporting
  • Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams
  • Support utility, sitework, roadway, and municipal projects

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in heavy civil, site development, or utility construction
  • Ability to read plans and specifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Procore a plus)
  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management background preferred

Compensation & Benefits
