This is a relocation opportunity to Park City, UT
We are looking for a professional, polished, and personable General Manager for our luxury, boutique hotel. Ideal candidates will have experience in destination ski areas, will have new hotel opening and pre-opening experience, and a transformational, collaborative leadership style.
Boutique Hotel General Manager Benefits:

Boutique Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager for a Boutique, Luxury property
- High level of financial acumen and responsibility
- Experience with Full Service Spa
- Experience with full-service restaurants
- Experience with ski resorts and destination locations preferred
- Experience with condo hotels or property management
- Transformational and collaborative leadership style
Boutique Hotel General Manager Responsibilities;
- Manage team members with respect, integrity, and consistency
- Recruit, train, and hire top-quality candidates for leadership and hourly positions
- Work with ownership and stakeholders to create dynamic experiences and unique offerings
- Ensure the financial performance of the property
- Foster a positive culture of continuous professional development and career growth
- Other duties as assigned
