Meet Alan

Alan McArthur joined Goodwin Recruiting in 2014. Alan loves supporting his team as they work with all types of organizations in the hospitality industry. From Fast Food to Fine Dining, hospitality is his passion.

His goal is to help companies grow by bringing in the right people at the right time. He has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Before joining Goodwin Recruiting, he was a Managing Partner for Outback Steakhouse. Alan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, focusing on Management, Marketing, and Finance.
