Reputable long-tenured heating and plumbing company is looking for a Sales Representative for their heating division!
This position is 100% remote, involves substantial travel within a 2-3 hour radius, and requires residency in Central New York.

Sales Representative Preferences:
- 3+ years of experience with HVAC, hydronic heating or electrical trades
- 2+ years of proven sales experience and results is preferred
- Experience handling B2B distributor relationships and navigating three-tier market distribution channels (Manufacturer -> Rep -> Distributor -> Contractor) is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRMs
- Valid driver's licens, clean driving record, and reliable mode of transportation is required
Sales Representative Soft Skills Requirements:
- Passion for traveling and speaking to clients face-to-face
- Interest in educating contractors and clients
- Self-motivated and driven to reach goals
- Organized and self-disciplined
- Stellar sales approach and closing skills
- Advanced communication skills to confidently speak to both business owners and technical installers
