Logistics Recruiter – Warren, MI

You’ll recruit CDL drivers and other essential employees in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Previous recruiting experience is not required—the right personality, persistence, and work ethic matter most.

Responsibilities

• Recruit CDL drivers, dock workers, and support employees
• Make 30–50 outbound recruiting calls daily
• Respond to approximately 15–20 inbound calls each day
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
• Explain job requirements, schedules, and hiring steps
• Maintain consistent candidate follow-up
• Coordinate qualified candidates through the hiring process
• Track candidate activity and status in Workday
• Build pipelines for multiple positions and locations
• Work toward individual activity, hiring, and bonus goals

Required Qualifications

• Comfortable making 30–50 outbound calls daily
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Persistent and able to handle frequent rejection
• Motivated by goals, competition, and earning potential
• Organized and capable of managing multiple candidates
• Basic computer and system-navigation skills
• Coachable and willing to learn recruiting processes
• Able to work onsite in Warren, Michigan

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, inside sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, logistics, or another performance-based environment
• Previous success working toward quotas, commissions, tips, or measurable goals
• Familiarity with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet, or similar platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, logistics, or a related field
• Transportation or trucking industry exposure
