Responsibilities – Construction Project Inspector

• Monitor daily construction activities for compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards

• Prepare inspection reports documenting progress, quality observations, and deficiencies

• Review contractor invoices, pay applications, and submittals for accuracy

• Maintain organized documentation and support project walkthroughs and communication

Qualifications – Construction Project Inspector

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

• 1–5 years of experience in construction inspection, estimating, or field supervision

• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, codes, and regulations

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
