Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of AGM leadership experience in a scratch-cooking, high-volume environment
• Proven ability to maintain high food quality, service standards and consistent execution
• Hands-on leadership style focused on training, accountability, and team development
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness (ServSafe certified)
• Capable of working a flexible schedule, including opening, mid, and closing shifts

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience with high-volume and full-service restaurants
• Skilled in menu development, inventory control, and cost management
• Collaborative mindset—able to work closely with ownership and contribute ideas to evolve operations
• History of successful P&L experience
