We are partnering with a high-profile lifestyle brand to identify an experienced Social Media Growth Strategist to lead audience growth and content strategy across TikTok and YouTube.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to build highly engaged communities, develop platform-first content strategies, and work alongside recognizable talent to create culturally relevant content that drives meaningful audience growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute audience growth strategies across TikTok and YouTube.
- Identify content opportunities that increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Partner closely with talent to shape compelling, authentic content that resonates with audiences.
- Leverage platform insights, trends, and analytics to continuously optimize performance.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to bring content ideas to life.
- Stay ahead of emerging social trends, platform updates, and creator best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success growing TikTok and YouTube audiences for a recognized lifestyle, beauty, wellness, food, travel, fashion, or consumer brand.
- Experience developing social-first content strategies that drive measurable audience growth and engagement.
- Strong understanding of creator culture, social trends, and platform algorithms.
- Experience working directly with founders, creators, influencers, celebrities, or on-camera talent.
- Ability to balance creativity with data, using analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where ideas move quickly.
