We're looking for a Catering Manager to drive catering revenue while delivering exceptional service for corporate and drop-off catering clients. Responsibilities + Qualifications

  • 3+ years of catering, hospitality, or foodservice management experience with a proven track record in catering sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Drive catering sales through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Manage catering inquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, and grow repeat business with corporate clients.
  • Oversee catering orders from booking through delivery, partnering with kitchen and operations teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely execution.
  • Lead and schedule catering staff while managing food, labor, and operating costs.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service through proactive communication, problem-solving, and post-delivery follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.

Preferred Background

  • Experience managing corporate and drop-off catering programs.
  • Established local business network with demonstrated success in generating new catering accounts.
  • Experience with catering management software and CRM platforms (EZCater, Caterease, TripleSeat, etc)
  • Working knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and food safety practices.
