Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations with precision, energy, and consistency
- Drive culinary excellence through innovative, seasonal menus designed to captivate and inspire
- Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team that shares your passion for excellence
- Utilize efficient systems for execution, quality control, and consistency under pressure
- Collaborate with FOH and beverage leaders to create unforgettable, holistic guest experiences
- Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships with a sharp business acumen
- Set and enforce uncompromising standards of cleanliness, safety, and discipline
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale scratch kitchen
- Strong presence on the hot line with a hands-on leadership style
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and retain talented culinary professionals
- Understanding of financial and operational management skills
- Relentless drive, creativity, and a passion for pushing boundaries
