General Manager Full Service Dining Requirements:
- 2-4 years of recent General Manager experience in full-service dining
- Understand and manage restaurant financial reports with Director of Operations
- Uphold brand standards in all departments
- Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
General Manager Full Service Dining Responsibilities:
- Oversee the restaurant's operational, financial, and marketing projects and goals
- Hire, train, motivate, coach & develop the staff
- Ensure quality of food and service to every guest
- Orders, inventories, P&L, and cost management
