Looking for a talented Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, trendy, high-volume restaurant. This is a growth-oriented company that offers a solid benefits package and takes great care of its managers.
Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager Benefits / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily kitchen operations of a cool, fast-paced casual dining restaurant.
- Lead and develop a team with a hands-on approach.
- Manage all BOH cost areas, Scheduling, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.
- Collaborate with the FOH team and company leadership.

Executive Chef Manager Requirements:
- The ability to thrive in a high volume ($4+ million) kitchen environment.
- Minimum of 4+ years of Kitchen Management experience
- Ability to manage all BOH cost areas / inventory / ordering/ scheduling / labor cost.
