Hotel Director of Sales

If you’re not someone who doesn't wait for business to come to you—and you thrive on getting out into the market to build relationships—this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead all sales and business development efforts for a dual-branded hotel property.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business through proactive outreach and market engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and local accounts
  • Identify new revenue opportunities while growing existing business
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Partner closely with hotel leadership to align sales strategies with overall property performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Hotel sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics with a proactive, outside-sales mindset
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close new business
  • Brand experience is a plus, but not required
