With nearly a decade of experience leading teams in hospitality management, she understands firsthand how impactful the right hire can be on a company’s culture, operations, and overall success.
Her background in leadership and team development allows her to identify candidates who are not only qualified on paper, but who also align with a company’s goals and culture. Jessica takes a hands-on approach throughout the hiring process, serving as an advocate for both clients and candidates while helping create thoughtful, lasting matches.
Before transitioning into recruiting, Jessica spent nearly a decade in hospitality management, most recently serving as a General Manager. During her time in operations, she led large teams, supported new restaurant openings, trained and developed managers, managed high-volume environments, and built strong relationships with employees, guests, and community partners. One of the aspects of leadership she enjoyed most was mentoring and helping people grow into their full potential.
Her background in hospitality gives her a unique perspective as a recruiter because she understands the challenges businesses face from an operational level. Having sat on the client side herself, she knows how critical it is to find people who are not only qualified, but who also positively impact culture, morale, and performance.
Jessica is originally from Germany and grew up with an appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking. Her experiences traveling and living between cultures shaped her people-first mindset and her ability to connect with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds.
She earned her degree from University of Georgia and now lives in North Georgia with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys baking, traveling, spending time with family, and staying involved in her local community.
At the center of both her personal and professional life is a genuine belief that strong relationships, trust, and understanding are what create long-term success.
