Assistant General Manager Needed

Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience supporting operations in restaurants generating $3M–$10M in annual sales preferred
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for guest service
- Strong team development, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience managing labor, scheduling, and operational execution
- Understanding of P&L management, food and labor cost controls
- Ability to lead from the floor and build a positive team culture
- Proven ability to drive results while maintaining high hospitality standards
