We’re seeking a talented, experienced cake professional to join a fast-paced, high-quality bakery operation. This is NOT a hobby baker role—we need a true professional with hands-on production experience.
What we’re looking for:
• Expert cake decorating skills (custom cakes, finishing, detailed design work)
• Strong pastry decorating experience
• Chocolate work experience required
• Fondant/fondue finishing and decorative techniques
• Ability to execute consistently in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and presentation
Schedule:
• 4 or 5 day work week
• Weekend availability is mandatory
Compensation:
• $50,000 salary
• Stable, professional environment
