Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years+ Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong front-of-house leadership with elevated hospitality standards
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing service teams
• Hands-on floor leadership with strong guest interaction skills
• Manage labor, scheduling, beverage controls, and operational execution
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Thrive in fast-paced, hospitality-driven environments

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Upscale casual, polished casual, or hospitality-driven restaurant experience
• Strong bar, cocktail, or lounge operations exposure preferred
• Experience in high-volume environments ($4M+ annual revenue preferred)
• Stable tenure and career progression required
• Strong culture-building and team development mindset
• Energetic, polished, hospitality-first leadership style
