Position Overview

The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including staff leadership, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Hire, train, and manage staff to maintain high performance and morale
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and promptly resolve customer concerns
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
