General Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests!
- Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality where everyone is treated as a friend!
- Developing team members for success while developing your skills for future growth!
- Educating all staff members on matters relating to food safety, cleanliness, operations, and profits!
General Manager Qualifications Include:
- An outgoing person who loves speaking with people and being the "Mayor" of your town!
- Strong desire to lead a team of people and build a team culture through positivity and creativity!
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager!
- Current Serv Safe Certification!
- Expert knowledge of Profit and Loss statements!
- Previous experience creating and managing budgets!
