Fast-Casual Shift Leader

Fast-Casual Shift Leader Key Details
- Pay: Starting at $18/hour (raises after 30 days + annually)
- Hours: 35–40 per week
- Schedule: Open availability required (days, nights, weekends)
- Includes 2–3 closing shifts per week
Fast-Casual Shift Leader Responsibilities
- Provide a positive, memorable experience for every guest
- Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Lead by example through attitude and work ethic
Fast-Casual Shift Leader Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- 1–2 years of food & beverage experience required
- Able to work 35+ hours weekly with flexible availability
