A growing, award-winning outpatient behavioral health practice in Utah County is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join its Provo location. This is a leadership role that blends therapy, mentorship, and clinic growth within a collaborative, team-based environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician looking to step into a leadership position while continuing to provide direct client care.

What You’ll Do:

Provide clinical supervision to associate and intern therapists
Maintain an active caseload (15–30 sessions per week)
Deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Support therapist development through mentorship and coaching
Contribute to clinic growth and community referral development

What We’re Looking For:

Active Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, or CMHC)
2–3+ years post-licensure
Experience in outpatient therapy
Interest in leadership, supervision, and team collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:

$55–$65/hour clinical and supervision pay
$30/hour training/admin time
Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$110,000
Bonus potential ($2K–$4K annually)
W-2 employment with administrative support (billing, scheduling, marketing)
