Are you a hospitality-driven leader with a passion for exceptional service and craft cocktails? We are a high-energy, full-service restaurant looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and oversee all front of house operations, including dining room, bar, and host team
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
Ensure smooth, efficient service with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
Support and promote our craft cocktail program alongside the bar team
Manage schedules, staffing levels, and labor costs
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and create positive resolutions
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service execution
Partner with back of house leadership to ensure seamless operations

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of front of house management experience in a full-service restaurant
Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years)
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and craft cocktails
Hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and team development
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
